Do I need to connect my bank or email inbox?
No. You forward receipts to your private SubDupes address. We never ask for a bank login and never connect to your inbox, so we only see the emails you forward and the files you upload.
What happens to the emails I forward?
We read each email to find the service, price, billing cycle and renewal date. That reading is done with AI. Data is encrypted in transit, and you can export or delete it at any time.
When do renewal reminders arrive?
Up to 7 days before each subscription renews, by email and in the app, so you have time to cancel or keep it.
Can SubDupes cancel subscriptions for me?
Not yet. You cancel with each provider, and SubDupes gives you step-by-step guides for doing it.
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay $99 once and there is nothing to renew. Fair-use limits apply to automated processing such as email reading and AI chat.
What happens after the free trial?
If you don’t buy, your account becomes read-only. You can still see and export everything, but reminders and new subscriptions pause until you unlock SubDupes.
