We value your privacy. If you wish to stop using SubDupes, you can request to have your account and all associated data permanently removed from our systems.
Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly through your dashboard settings. This process is automated and immediate.

Permanent Removal
Once your account is deleted, we permanently remove your profile information, email scanning metadata, transaction history, and any uploaded documents (PDFs/Images).
Third-Party Connections
All OAuth tokens and connections to Google or Microsoft are revoked and wiped from our records.
Processing Timeline
In-app deletions are immediate. Manual requests via email are typically processed within 48-72 hours, and all data is completely purged from backups within 30 days.
